To set up a NEW file with us for Boarding, please print out all the paperwork you find on this page (4 pages)
Fill it all in Then scan and email them into us.
***we can not accept photos of docs***
Once we have your file completed we will then be in touch to set up your 15mins check in and out appointments. so please know your travel schedule so we can book your times accordingly.
If you want your dog(s) groomed while boarding please let us know immediately
Please note - no rooms are held until your file is complete and a non-refundable deposit is in place
