This is an Agreement between Awesome Pawsome Ranch and the Pet Owner whose signature appears below (hereinafter referred to as “Owner”).

Owner agrees to pay the rate indicated on the pet care agreement form, effective on the date the pet is checked into Awesome Pawsome Ranch and continuing through the date the pet is checked out. Owner further agrees to pay all costs and charges in accordance with the packages offered, including all veterinary expenses if required and any additional food provided to the pet during the period the pet is in the care of Awesome Pawsome Ranch.
By signing this Agreement and leaving the pet with Awesome Pawsome Ranch, Owner certifies the accuracy of all information provided about the pet. Awesome Pawsome Ranch reserves the right to deny admittance to any pet for any reason deemed necessary by any employee of Awesome Pawsome Ranch.
Awesome Pawsome Ranch shall exercise reasonable care for the pet during its stay. Interactive playtime may be provided to guests; however, Owner recognizes the potential risks involved in such activities. Participation in interactive playtime is not guaranteed and may be withheld if a pet is deemed non-social or unfit to participate for any reason, as determined by Awesome Pawsome Ranch. Owner expressly agrees that Awesome Pawsome Ranch shall not be held liable for any injuries sustained by Owner’s pet during interactive playtime. Owner agrees to be solely responsible for any and all acts or behavior of the pet while it is in the care of Awesome Pawsome Ranch, including payment of costs for injury to staff or other animals, or damage to the facilities caused by the pet. All guests are under constant supervision while outside of their rooms and interacting with other guests and are never out of the sight of an Awesome Pawsome Ranch employee.
Owner represents that he or she is the sole owner of the pet. Only the Owner is permitted to drop off or pick up the guest unless otherwise stated in a handwritten, signed letter. If someone other than the Owner is authorized to drop off or pick up the pet, they must present a valid photo ID and be the person identified in the signed letter. If the Owner has not provided payment instructions, full payment is required from the authorized individual before the pet is released. Once the pet departs with the authorized individual, Awesome Pawsome Ranch is not liable for any actions taken toward the pet by that individual.
Owner further represents that, to the best of Owner’s knowledge, the pet has not been exposed to any contagious diseases within thirty days prior to check-in.
Owner agrees to maintain accurate and up-to-date vaccinations as required by Awesome Pawsome Ranch and to provide proof of such vaccinations from a licensed veterinarian.
All charges incurred by Owner shall be payable upon checkout of the pet.
If the pet becomes ill or injured, or if the pet’s health otherwise requires professional attention, Awesome Pawsome Ranch, at its sole discretion, may engage the services of a veterinarian, administer medication, or provide other necessary care. All related expenses shall be paid by Owner upon checkout.
Any animal left in our care that is not picked up within two weeks after the original scheduled checkout date will be deemed abandoned and will be turned over to the SPCA or Humane Society unless there has been consistent communication from Owner extending the stay. Any stay extended more than three days beyond the original checkout date must be paid in full daily by credit card. If payment cannot be made, the pet will be turned over to the SPCA or Humane Society. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact Owner, emergency contacts, and the veterinarian using the information provided.
All terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be binding between Owner and Awesome Pawsome Ranch for any stay of the pet after the date noted below.

What Happens Next

Once your client file is set up, we will contact you to schedule your check-in and check-out appointments.

For everyone’s safety and to maintain our calm environment, all check-ins and check-outs are scheduled in 15-minute appointment times. Please have your travel schedule available so we can book accordingly.

If you would like your dog groomed during their boarding stay, please let us know right away so we can reserve grooming availability.

Important Policy

We reserve the right to refuse admittance to any animal we feel is not suited for a stay with us or is in a condition that may pose a risk to other animals.
